How easy is it to plan work schedules and allocate jobs to engineers?
ServiceSight makes planning engineers’ work schedules easy.
A planner board lists unallocated jobs. They are colour coded according to the due date. Jobs can be dragged and dropped into engineers’ diaries. Use planner board’s daily/weekly/monthly views to plan as far ahead as required.
How easy is it for me to locate customers, jobs or invoices?
Your company’s dashboard features a search facility. Start typing a customer or contact name, a job or invoice number. Results will appear automatically. Click on your chosen result to be taken to the item in question. It couldn’t be easier.
I don’t want to enter data twice. Will ServiceSight integrate with my accounts system?
ServiceSight integrates with popular UK cloud accounting solution Xero. Coming soon are integrations with Sage One and QuickBooks Online. Create invoices in ServiceSight. Then let ServiceSight synch them with your specified accounting package. Enjoy minimal rekeying of information.
Does the mobile application eliminate the need for engineers to write work reports?
ServiceSight speeds up report writing, documenting activities and messages. At the touch of a screen, engineers can import sentences and paragraphs from ServiceSight’s phrase book.
Can I access customer history?
It’s easy to track and search interactions with customers. ServiceSight logs jobs, invoices, reminders and messages against customers and contacts.
Can customers sign for jobs? What if my customer isn’t available to sign?
At the end of each job, engineers can capture and transfer customer signatures to your office on their devices. Signatures are visible on-screen and on job sheet printouts. Engineers can mark customers as ‘not present’ if needed. Meaning jobs can be transferred to your office and completed at a later date.
I haven’t the manpower to spend hours invoicing jobs. Will ServiceSight make invoicing easier?
ServiceSight lets you move from job creation to invoice in just a few clicks of a mouse. You can allocate new jobs using a drag and drop planner board or map. Then on job completion, capture customer signatures onsite. You can then invoice jobs whilst your engineers are still packing their tools away! It couldn’t be easier.
Can I restrict what certain users can see and do?

Can I set my customers up with unique labour rates and materials pricing?
Yes. Use price lists to control individual customer pricing agreements for materials. Set up is simple and intuitive. You can also specify labour rates per customer or group of customers and apply correct labour charge rates to every customer and job. Do this by configuring factors such as travel expenses, initial and subsequent rates and standard working hours.
