Our first mobile application for engineers in the field is launched. We also add a drag and drop engineer planner board to the office system. Now field service businesses are empowered with the ability to schedule, dispatch and track teams’ activities easily and effectively.
V5 of Protean Software is launched. It includes a powerful built-in CRM to help field service businesses identify new opportunities and sell smarter. In addition, purchase invoice matching makes it easy for invoices to be processed quickly and businesses to get paid faster. What’s more, a graphical hire diary makes location and availability of equipment transparent, as well as reducing paperwork.
